Game Codes | Board

To access your game, you'll need to redeem your Game Download Code on your Board. Your code looks like this: XX-XXXX-XX.

1. Connect your Board to Wi-Fi (Settings > Wi-Fi)

2. Open the Game Store

3. Select Redeem Download Code in the upper-right corner

4. Enter your Game Download Code

Don't see the "Redeem Download Code" option? Your Board needs a software update.

1. Connect to Wi-Fi (Settings > Wi-Fi)

2. Go to Settings > System > Check for Updates

3. If you don't see Check for Updates, your Board is automatically downloading the latest firmware in the background. Wait about 30 minutes for the update to complete (you can continue using your Board during this time)

4. Restart your Board

5. Confirm your Board is running firmware version 2.0.2 or later (Settings > System)

6. Return to the Game Store, select Redeem Download Code, and enter your code

After you purchase a game in the game store on your Board it will automatically download to your Board. If you game does not download please email hello@board.fun.

• You'll receive a tracking email when your game pieces ship
• Once your pieces arrive, enter your Game Download Code on your Board to access your game and start playing!

Preorder Games

• Pieces ship 1-2 weeks before launch
• Download codes will be emailed on launch date
